One of Birmingham’s fastest growing software companies are looking for more people to join the team. This is to enable faster delivery and the continuous drive towards of quality applications. As such, the company is looking for a confident, qualified and competent Product Owner to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– You must be proficient in backlog management, ensuring that backlog information is clear and that all members of the team, including stakeholders.
– You will be a clear and confident communicator, being able to deal with both internal and external contacts.
– To be responsible for product roadmap, as well as having an understanding of client and market needs.
– Active participation in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, as well as contributing to the creation of sprint goals.
– Facilitate collaboration between different internal teams in order to ensure the company can provide the best quality product.
Key Skills and Experience:
– The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Agile or Product Environment
– Demonstrable experience in both Agile software development environments, as well as in Finance/FinTech.
– Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
– A good grasp of Jira, Confluence and similar tools.
