One of Europe's leading online off-price retailers is looking for IT Helpdesk Analysts to start immediately to fill the boots of the previous Helpdesk Analysts who have been internally promoted.
You would be required to work on shift rota basis -
Day shift: 10.00am - 10.00pm working 4 days on, 4 days off. Night shift: 10.00pm - 10.00am working 4 days on, 4 days off.
Responsibilities: - Experience in 1st Line Support is desirable (not essential)! - Provide 1st line support - Excellent customer service - Liase with internal users to resolve problems and escalate it appropriately to the 2nd or 3rd line support - Work with a ticket system - Build devices for new starters and build replacement hardware for existing users
