Wolverhampton 20K - 22K Strong Permanent
We are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a tightknit software team, who work primarily on supporting our vast range of technologies and staff.
A market-leading software house who provide IT support, infrastructure, solution architecture and software development services to a privately owned group of companies. The group is diverse, ranging from marketing data companies to law firms.
You are an IT professional, interested in all things technology with a drive to learn more and think outside the box within a small business environment. You have at least 1-2 years experience working in a helpdesk environment. You enjoy a close team environment.
Beneficial knowledge and experience
-Experience working on a helpdesk and using a Ticketing System.
-Knowledge of Windows 10 and general PC troubleshooting.
-Experience with upgrading PC hardware such as SSD’s, Hard drives, and Memory.
-Experience with Microsoft 365; Office, Exchange, and Azure AD.
-Desirable to have experience using Windows Deployment Services, Windows AD, DNS, DHCP and PXE network image deployment.
-Completed an IT Qualification or Microsoft MTA’s.
-Linux experience is beneficial but certainly not essential.
