We are looking for a skilled Network/Voice analyst to join an established company in the Wolverhampton area, we are looking for someone with experience in supporting communication platforms for businesses and making sure all calls are failing in line with the companies SLA policy. We are also looking for someone who has the capability to support the wider IT functions of the business. This role has close links to the operational teams responsible for disciplines within IT, including Service Delivery, Service Delivery and Security.
Essential Skills Incident Management: All support request raised to the support team will be managed with agreed service level agreement with the business.
Problem Management: Ensuring all recuring issues are addressed by the right process and recurring issues escalated to voice communications.
Support the Business in Implementing, Configuring supporting suitable voice solutions for clients.
Identifies, diagnosis and resolves/escalates technical problems related to voice comms failure / integrity and usage of VOIP hardware and Software.
Plan the voice capacity for the for the system, assisting in troubleshooting on the existing platform and ensuring cross-group communications.
A computer science or equivalent technical degree or qualification (3 years + experience in a similar role is essential)
Cisco Voice Qualification – Essential
Cisco CCNA – Desirable
Salary of £30000 to £40000 annually + Excellent Benefits
